1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Any reference to a statute, regulation, or law includes any amendment or re-enactment thereof. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on the 75bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 75bet is an adult-only platform and strictly prohibits the registration or use of accounts by individuals under the age of 18.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of a third party or on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 75bet employee or contractor involved in operating the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed by 75bet for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of a cognitive impairment that would prevent you from understanding the nature and risks of gambling.

75bet uses technical and procedural controls to identify and prevent underage access. If 75bet reasonably suspects that a Player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be reviewed before any decision on their return is made. 75bet has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

3. Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Registration

To open an account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform truthfully and accurately. You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working mobile phone number. You may only hold one single account on the 75bet Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before any withdrawal can be processed, all Players are required to complete KYC verification. 75bet accepts the following documents for identity and age verification:

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 75bet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding a result or settlement, 75bet's decision — informed by the official result from the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) — shall be final. Key principles include:

• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after the result is determined, will be void regardless of the odds at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time odds engine. Any bet accepted and confirmed by the Platform at a confirmed price will stand, subject to the void bet conditions below.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of the scheduled start time without a rescheduled start within 72 hours, or if a manifest error in pricing is identified.
• 75bet reserves the right to set maximum stake and maximum payout limits per market and per player. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an exploited bug will be voided and the account closed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bet Platform — including but not limited to the 75bet brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 75bet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 75bet.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform software.
• Use any 75bet trademark, brand name, or logo in any external communication or commercial context without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. 75bet holds valid licences to distribute this content on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bet shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the Platform or associated systems.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 75bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by 75bet

75bet reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by or on behalf of an underage individual.
• Court order, instruction from a law enforcement agency, or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be preserved during the investigation period unless the investigation reveals grounds for forfeiture under these Terms & Conditions.

11.2 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 75bet support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 75bet will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
